Kelly Siegel CEO

Kelly is our friendly but fierce CEO. With an educational background in criminal justice and sociology, he’s always enjoyed studying what makes people tick. He’s known for his ability to see everyone’s point of view and deliver results. Kelly’s been a mover and a shaker ever since his first paper route when he was 12 years old. It’s clear from a young age that he was destined to run his own company. He’s truly great at solving puzzles. The first things you’ll notice about Kelly is his big personality and relentless pursuit of excellence. But once you get to know him, you’ll be taken with his kind, happy and generous demeanor. In Kelly’s book, family comes first. One of his favorite things to do is to have meals with his family. He also has a cat named Felix, who also enjoys mealtimes, and a small yorkie named Sammy, who forgives Felix for his bossy ways. When he’s not working or with his family, you’ll find him working out, reading or listening to a podcast. He’s a huge fan of personal development and really good comedy. His mission in life is to always strive to learn more and to get better. He has a passion for equal rights and believes that honesty, accountability and integrity are the foundations to a happy and healthy life.

Chrissy Schell Director

Chrissy is our Director. For the past 20 years she’s had her hands in almost every area of IT from helpdesk to desktop support to MSP delivery and operations management. Her areas of expertise include customer service, problem solving and leadership. She fits in perfectly at NTM with its focus on family, growth and teamwork. Chrissy’s known for her insight, dependability, hard work ethic and sense of humor. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her daughter, a 4th grade schoolteacher, and her 2 rescue dogs, Chico (a papillion mix) and Lulu (a pitbull mix). She’s also an avid foodie and traveler. One of her favorite things to do is make healthy versions of decadent dishes. She even keeps a list of new restaurants to try. When she’s not out on her latest food adventure, you’ll find her dedicating her time to helping children, rescuing animals and striving to end domestic violence.
